There will be a special Board meeting on October 29, 2020, at 7:30 pm to review employment contracts, compensation for employees, and director agreement.

There will be a special Fair Board meeting on September 29 @ 7:00 pm for Director year-end review, to update and review Director policies, and to discuss committee assignments for 2020-2021.

There will be a special Fair Board meeting Monday, August 3 @ 7:30 pm for Junior Fair planning, Junior Fair general business, and Junior Fair gate help.

The meeting will be held under Pavilion One.

On July 27, 2020, a majority of the Senior Fair Board voted to proceed with a Junior Fair only – no camping, no food vendors, no rides. We will be processing refunds for all vendors, camping, reserved parking, season passes, entries, etc. Please give us time to work through this.
