Reserved parking passes for 2022 are $50.00 for the week of fair. Limit 2 passes per household. Pick up passes at the office beginning June 1 or include a business sized, self-addressed stamped envelope to have them mailed. Submitting an application does not guarantee space. Requests for changes to space and new applications will be filled in order of receipt starting July 5. Payment will be processed upon receipt of your application; if we are unable to give you space, your payment will be refunded. If requesting a new spot, you can send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the office to have your passes mailed to you or they will be ready for pickup beginning July 13. You will be notified by July 12 if we are unable to give you space.
Applications are taken online, by mail, or at the fair office – applications are not taken over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: In reserved parking, measurements vary from row to row. You must include the size of your vehicle so we assign you a space that will accommodate your vehicle. Applications without vehicle size will not be filled. All towing hitches should be removed when parking in reserved lot.

Please read the rules and regulations before applying for space. Camping spaces are 16′ x 26′. If you camper is longer than 26′, you need to apply for two spaces.
Camping packets are generally sent the last week of July. Please do not call the office and ask about camping until after August 7.
Campers can start occupying the lots Friday, August 19 @ 12 noon – if that time changes, it will be posted on our Facebook page.
HONEY DIPPER: The honey dipper will be pumping on Wednesday and Saturday. The cost is $37.50 per day and must be submitted with your camping application if you want to pre-pay. THE HONEY DIPPER WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. You can be at your camper on those days and pay him directly or pre-pay with the form included with your camping application. If you pay for camping online, you can submit your honey dipper payment separately, as long as it is received by the end of the application period. Please see request form link above for details.

Winter storage is available in the fairgrounds barns for campers, boats, cars, trailers, and farming equipment. Cost for 2022-23 storage is $12.50 per foot plus tax (from front of hitch or tongue to back of unit) for the season. Storage is locked indoors – no heat – and, once stored, you will not have access to your storage until it is removed. To put your storage on a trickle charger you provide is an additional $20.00.
Drop Off for Renewals and Storage Under 10′ Tall: We will begin taking storage on Monday, October 17, 2022. No appointment is necessary if you come from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday – call ahead for drop off on October 21 only (office will be closed) or for drop offs after November 11. For renewals, contact the office if your item is taller than 10′ and you cannot have it here by November 4. We will begin filling from the waiting list after that date. Contracts will be done at drop off and payment is due at that time. Storage can be dropped off after hours, please call in advance for renewals so we can send you a contract and identification tag. New storage must be measured before a contract can be generated. If you cannot bring it during office hours, please make arrangements in advance and we will mail you a contract the day after drop off and you will have ten days to pay. Storage must be dropped off before 2:00 pm if you want to remove the battery. All storage must be paid for by November 22, even if not dropped off until after that date. Waiting List: We will begin taking names for storage more than 10′ tall on October 1 by phone and email firstname.lastname@example.org – we need your name, daytime phone number, the item you wish to store, approximate length including hitches, and height – and we will fill space as cancellations occur. We will contact you no later than November 7 if we have availability for your item. NO NEW MOTOR HOMES. Any storage that is under 10′ tall does not need to be put on a waiting list – we have plenty of room for those items – and can be dropped off per the instructions above.
Removal: Storage should be scheduled for pick-up through our online scheduling at this link: link will be accessible by March 1, 2022. Stored items MUST be removed NO LATER THAN APRIL 28, 2023, or will be subject to late fees. Please schedule your pick-up by April 21 @ 3:00 pm. Items not scheduled for pick-up by April 21 @ 3:00 pm will be removed April 24 and 25 and will be ready for pick-up on April 25 after 1:00 pm and must be picked up by April 28 or will incur a late fee. Items scheduled by 3:00 pm will be ready for pick-up at 11:00 am the following business day. Items scheduled after 3:00 pm will be ready two business days later at 11:00 am. Storage can be picked up anytime during or after hours once your pick-up is scheduled, unless you have removed the battery or it cannot be left outside, in which case you will need to pick it up between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
