Reserved parking passes for 2019 are $40.00 for the week of fair.  Limit 2 passes per household.  Pick up passes at the office or include a business sized, self-addressed stamped envelope to have them mailed.  Submitting an application does not guarantee space.  Available space is filled in order of receipt starting July 2.  Payment will be processed upon receipt of your application; if we are unable to give you space, your payment will be refunded.

Applications are taken online, by mail, or at the fair office – applications are not taken over the phone or by fax.

PLEASE NOTE:  In reserved parking, measurements vary from row to row.  You must include the size of your vehicle so we assign you a space that will accommodate your vehicle.  Applications without vehicle size will not be filled.  All towing hitches should be removed when parking in reserved lot.

Camping spaces for 2019 are $165.00 for the week of fair.  Please read the Camping Rules & Regulations (will be uploaded once updated for 2019) before submitting your application.

Honey Dipper Request Form

Camping packets are generally sent the last week of July.  Please do not call the office and ask about camping until after August 2.

Campers can start occupying the lots Friday, August 16 @ 12 noon – if that time changes, it will be posted on our Facebook page.

HONEY DIPPER:  The honey dipper will be pumping on Wednesday and Saturday.  The cost is $37.50 per day and must be sent with your camping application if you want to pre-pay.  You can be at your camper on those days and pay him directly or pre-pay by sending in the form included with your camping application.  If you pay for camping online, you can mail in the honey dipper payment (checks or money orders only for honey dipper), as long as it is received by the end of the application period.  Please see request form link above for details.

Winter storage space is available in the fairgrounds barns for campers, boats, cars, trailers, and farming equipment.  Cost for 2019-20 storage is $12.50 per foot plus tax (from front of hitch or tongue to back of unit) for the season.  Storage is locked indoors – no heat – and, once stored, you will not have access to your storage until it is removed.  To put your storage on a trickle charger is an additional $20.00.

Renewals:  We will begin taking storage on Thursday, October 15, 2020.  No appointment is necessary if you come from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday – call ahead for drop off on October 23 only (office may be closed).  Contact the office if your item is taller than 10′ and you cannot have it here by November 6.  Payment for renewed contracts is due at time of drop off.  Storage can be dropped off after hours, please call in advance so we can send you a contract and identification tag.  Storage must be dropped off before 2:00 pm if you want to remove the battery.  All storage must be paid for by November 25, even if not dropped off.  Click here for a copy of the instructions you were given at drop off.

Waiting List:  We will begin taking names on October 1 by phone and email – we need your name, daytime phone number, the item you wish to store, approximate length including hitches, and height – and we will fill space as cancellations occur.  We will contact you no later than November 9 if we have availability for your item NO NEW MOTOR HOMES.  Any storage that is 10′ tall or under does not need to be put on a waiting list – we have plenty of room for those items – and can be dropped off per the instructions above.

Removal:  **Due to Governor DeWine’s stay at home orders through April 6, we will begin taking appointments for removal of storage on April 7 for April 8 thru 30 pickup.  Stored items MUST be removed NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2020, or will be subject to late fees.  Please call the office or email by April 21 to schedule your pick-up day.  Items not scheduled for pick-up by April 24 will be removed April 27 and 28 and must be picked up by April 30 or will incur a late fee.  If you call during business hours prior to the day you want to pick up your item (we are open Monday – Friday, 9 am – 3 pm), your storage will be ready for pick-up at 11 am the following day.  If you call after hours, it will be ready two days later at 11 am.  You can begin to pick up April 1**- earlier pick-up is possible depending on where your storage is located.  Early storage removal is $100.  Storage can be picked up anytime during or after hours once your pick-up is scheduled, unless you have removed the battery or it cannot be left outside, in which case you will need to pick it up between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday.  Please refer to the pick-up instructions attached to your contract.   Click here to schedule your storage pick up online!
