Reserved parking passes for 2025 are $50.00 for the week of fair. Limit 2 passes per household. Parking will be by Pitts Road with a shuttle service running daily from 6:00 am to midnight. Renew and pick up passes at the office beginning June 1 or include a business sized, self-addressed stamped envelope to have them mailed. Submitting an application does not guarantee space. New applications will be filled in order of receipt starting July 2. Payment will be processed upon receipt of your application; if we are unable to give you space, your payment will be refunded. If requesting a new spot, you can send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the office to have your passes mailed to you or they will be ready for pickup beginning July 8. You will be notified by July 7 if we are unable to give you space.
Applications are taken online, by mail, or at the fair office – applications are not taken over the phone.

All towing hitches should be removed when parking in the reserved lot.

Please read the rules and regulations before applying for space. Camping spaces are 16′ x 26′. If you camper is longer than 26′, you need to apply for two spaces.

Camping packets are generally sent the last week of July. Please do not call the office and ask about camping packets until after August 9.
Campers can start occupying the lots Wednesday, August 13 @ 9:00 am unless conditions do not allow – if that time changes, it will be posted on our Facebook page. You will not be able to occupy the camper before Friday, August 15, or you will be removed and lose your camping spot. No electric will be available until Friday before fair when utilities will be turned on.
HONEY DIPPER: The honey dipper will be pumping on Wednesday and Saturday. The cost is $40.00 per day and must be submitted with your camping application if you want to pre-pay. THE HONEY DIPPER WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. You can be at your camper on those days and pay him directly or pre-pay with the form included with your camping application. If you pay for camping online, you can submit your honey dipper payment separately, as long as it is received by the end of the application period. Please see request form link above for details.
Winter storage is available in the fairgrounds barns for campers, boats, cars, trailers, and farming equipment. Cost for 2025-26 storage is $15.00 per foot plus tax (from front of hitch or tongue to back of unit) for the season. Storage is locked indoors – no heat – and, once stored, you will not have access to your storage until it is removed. To put your storage on a trickle charger you provide is an additional $20.00.
Drop Off for Renewals: We will begin taking storage on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS YOU WERE GIVEN FALL OF 2024 HAVE CHANGED. Please email [email protected] for instructions and questions.
