Reserved parking passes for 2024 are $50.00 for the week of fair. Limit 2 passes per household. Pick up passes at the office beginning June 1 or include a business sized, self-addressed stamped envelope to have them mailed. Submitting an application does not guarantee space. Requests for changes to space and new applications will be filled in order of receipt starting July 2. Payment will be processed upon receipt of your application; if we are unable to give you space, your payment will be refunded. If requesting a new spot, you can send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the office to have your passes mailed to you or they will be ready for pickup beginning July 13. You will be notified by July 12 if we are unable to give you space.
Applications are taken online, by mail, or at the fair office – applications are not taken over the phone.

Parking passes must be renewed by July 1 each year to keep your space. It is your responsibility to be sure it is renewed by July 1 – not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Renewal applications will be sent one week prior to the start of the application period.
UPDATE: At the August 13 Fair Board meeting, the parking committee informed the Board they made the decision to move the reserved parking by Pitts Road with a shuttle service running daily from 6:00 am to midnight. Refunds will be given in cash at the office starting on August 15 through Sunday, August 18 @ 6:00 pm. You must have your permit with you to receive a refund. They can also be put in the drop box in the front of the office by that deadline or mailed and postmarked by August 19. For passes mailed or put in the drop box, refunds will be issued by check and mailed no later than September 10 to the contact name and address on your application. Please note any changes to the contact information. Even if you request a refund, you will have your same spot number next year but the spot may not be in the same location, which will be determined when letters are sent out in May of 2025.
All towing hitches should be removed when parking in the reserved lot.

Please read the rules and regulations before applying for space. Camping spaces are 16′ x 26′. If you camper is longer than 26′, you need to apply for two spaces.

Camping packets are generally sent the last week of July. Please do not call the office and ask about camping packets until after August 9.
Campers can start occupying the lots Wednesday, August 14 @ 9:00 am unless conditions do not allow – if that time changes, it will be posted on our Facebook page. No electric will be available until Friday before fair when utilities will be turned on.
HONEY DIPPER: The honey dipper will be pumping on Wednesday and Saturday. The cost is $40.00 per day and must be submitted with your camping application if you want to pre-pay. THE HONEY DIPPER WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. You can be at your camper on those days and pay him directly or pre-pay with the form included with your camping application. If you pay for camping online, you can submit your honey dipper payment separately, as long as it is received by the end of the application period. Please see request form link above for details.

Winter storage is available in the fairgrounds barns for campers, boats, cars, trailers, and farming equipment. Cost for 2025-26 storage is $15.00 per foot plus tax (from front of hitch or tongue to back of unit) for the season. Storage is locked indoors – no heat – and, once stored, you will not have access to your storage until it is removed. To put your storage on a trickle charger you provide is an additional $20.00.
Drop Off for Renewals: We will begin taking storage on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. No appointment is necessary if you come from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday – call ahead for drop off on October 24 only (office will be closed) or for drop offs after November 6. For renewals, email the office if you cannot have your item here by November 6. Contracts will be done at drop off and payment is due at that time. Storage can be dropped off after hours, please call in advance for renewals so we can send you a contract and identification tag. There is a $25 late fee if renewals are not paid for at the time of drop off. New storage must be measured before a contract can be generated. If you cannot bring it during office hours, please make arrangements in advance and we will mail you a contract the day after drop off and you will have ten days to pay. Storage must be dropped off before 2:00 pm if you want to remove the battery. All storage must be paid for by November 17, even if not dropped off until after that date. Waiting List: There will be no waiting list this year. Please email [email protected] BEGINNING NOVEMBER 10 with what your item is and the length (including hitches) and we will let you know if we have availability. WE ARE FULL ON CAMPERS (EXCEPT POP-UPS). PLEASE EMAIL ONLY TO CHECK ON AVAILABILITY FOR BOATS, CARS, AND POP-UP CAMPERS.
Removal: Storage should be scheduled for pick-up through our online scheduling at thilink. Stored items MUST be removed NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2025, or will be subject to late fees. Please schedule your pick-up by April 24 @ 3:00 pm. Items not scheduled for pick-up by April 24 @ 3:00 pm will be removed April 25 and 26 and will be ready for pick-up on April 26 after 3:00 pm and must be picked up by April 30 or will incur a late fee. Items scheduled by 3:00 pm will be ready for pick-up at 11:00 am the following business day. Items scheduled after 3:00 pm will be ready two business days later at 11:00 am. Storage can be picked up anytime during or after hours once your pick-up is scheduled, unless you have removed the battery or it cannot be left outside, in which case you will need to pick it up between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
