The Lorain County Fair supports one of the largest Junior Fair programs in the state. 11 barns house 4-H animals and projects, and the grounds are used for events throughout the year. Dedicated students and leaders help make the Lorain County Fair a success each and every year!
For questions regarding Junior Fair, please contact Sherry Nickles, Junior Fair Coordinator, at the Senior Fair Board Office at (440) 647-2781, ext. 223, or email email@example.com. Sherry will be available on Tuesdays from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Senior Fair Board Office the months of June and July and at the Junior Fair Board Office in August.
If you would like to reserve a building or grounds area for a 4-H or Jr. Fair event, check the calendar to see if the date you want to reserve is available. Then, please fill out the 4-H & Jr. Fair Rental Agreement and e-mail, mail, or fax it to us for approval. Please include an e-mail address in case of questions.
Rental contract required at least 10 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE. All requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your request is approved, you will receive a signed contract back. It is your responsibility to read and be familiar with the Rental Rules & Regulations.

The Lorain County Junior Fair is still seeking award donors in the following departments: dairy goat, pygmy goat, boer goat, fowl, saddle horse, miniature horse, small animal, rabbit, cavy, sheep, alpaca, still products, booth of the day and skillathon. Only a couple of awards are needed in each of these departments. Costs range from $10 to $25 depending on the award. Please call or e-mail the junior fair coordinator if interested!
